Ericka Hobbs-Session serves as Austin Child Guidance Center’s Chief Financial Officer. She brings over 18 years of small business, government, and nonprofit financial and administrative management, capacity building, and strategic planning experience.

Prior to joining Austin Child Guidance Center, Ericka was the Director of Finance and Administration at Vivent Health (Texas), formerly AIDS Services of Austin. Additionally, she was the Controller at Easter Seals Central Texas, Child Inc.’s Fiscal Manager, and Accounting Manager at BiGAustin as well as the Austin Area Urban League.

Ericka has an unyielding passion for family, community, and advocacy. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Accounting.
