Psychiatric Services

As of October 1, 2024, ACGC is not currently offering psychiatric evaluations or follow-up medication management services.

Some Primary Care Providers (PCPs) are able to prescribe medications for children – ask your child’s doctor for more information.

If you have private insurance, we encourage you to reach out to them to find a new prescriber. Below are some local agencies that provide psychiatric services to children with Medicaid and/or CHIP:

    **Please note that to get started with Integral Care's services, you should attend a walk-in intake appointment at the St John’s Clinic (6937 N Interstate Hwy 35 Austin TX 78752). Intake hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM and Thursdays from 10 AM to 4 PM.
