What are the hours of operation?
We are open five days a week and our hours of operation for appointments are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Fridays. Please note, our hours of operation include in-person services and teletherapy appointments.
ACGC’s Walk-In Clinic operates on Tuesdays starting at 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary for a Walk-In session.

What areas do you serve?
ACGC primarily serves the 10 counties of Greater Austin and Central Texas: Travis, Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Llano, and Williamson. However, through the use of Teletherapy, any client residing in the state of Texas can receive services.
What is the cost and what are the payment options?
Please visit our Payment Options. If your family needs help paying for ACGC services, call 512-451-2242 to learn more about ACGC’s Access to Care Fund. Generously supported by The Moody Foundation and the Roddy Holden Kintzel Charitable Fund, our Access to Care Fund provides underserved families payment assistance options.
How do I make an appointment?
Call the Intake Specialist at 512-451-2242. The Intake Specialist will gather the necessary information to determine if ACGC services are appropriate for your family’s needs. Be advised that the initial request for service phone conversation typically lasts 10-20 minutes.
Can I schedule an appointment online?
No, at this time, we request that parents or guardians call us at (512) 451-2242 to schedule appointments.
What if no appointments are available?
ACGC has a weekly, no appointment needed Walk-In clinic every Tuesday from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Call (512) 451-2242 for more information.
Do you have a waitlist?
ACGC does not keep a waitlist for therapy services, however we DO maintain a waitlist for psychological assessments. Please call the Center and speak with an Intake Specialist for current wait times.

Is childcare available?
Due to Covid–19 childcare is currently unavailable.
Where is ACGC located?
ACGC is located centrally at 45th and Lamar Blvd., and is on the 5,338, and 803 Capital Metro bus lines; also, buses 1 and 801 are about ¼ mile away. Teletherapy services will continue to be provided for those families that are outside a reasonable driving distance to our physical location.
