Transportation Policy
You are responsible for securing safe and reliable transportation for you and your child to appointments. If you have trouble with transportation, try using the free or low-cost options listed below:
- CapMetro City Bus – ACGC may be able to provide bus passes (if available) on a limited basis to families who qualify.
- If you are not near a bus stop, you can use Park & Rides.

- Switch to Teletherapy - set up teletherapy appointments with your therapist. If you have technology needs, let your therapist know and they can help you get started with ACGC's technology lending program.
- CARTS – Interurban, express, and country routes available; go to www.ridecarts.com
- Medical Transportation Program (through Medicaid) – call 211 or visit this site for details
- Use or obtain Case Management Services – go to www.findhelp.org to find services
- Temporarily pause ACGC services - you can pause ACGC services for up to 30 days.
