Appointment Scheduling

To request any of our mental health services, please call ACGC at  512-451-2242. You will be connected with a member of the intake team to discuss your needs and determine if ACGC services are appropriate for your family.

Scheduling Individual/Family Therapy

You will be contacted by an Intake Specialist to discuss your needs and determine if ACGC services are appropriate for your family. At that time, they will also review your eligibility, discuss insurance and payment options, and answer any questions you may have.

The Intake Specialist will also provide you with any required paperwork, instructions and provide available appointment dates and times for the Initial Evaluation.

After the Initial Evaluation appointment, all future appointments will be coordinated through your therapist.

Due to high demand, ACGC does not keep a waitlist for therapy services.

Start the in-take process by calling 512-451-2242.

Scheduling Psychological Assessment

Start the in-take process by calling 512-451-2242.  A representative from ACGC will be in contact to gather additional information. Once all required paperwork and documentation is received, an Initial Evaluation with the parent will take place, followed by the Psychological Assessment with the child. The psychologist completing the assessment will then go through the next steps.

Scheduling Psychiatric Services

ACGC is not currently offering psychiatric evaluations or follow-up medication management services at this time.

Canceling Appointments

Your commitment to consistent attendance strongly impacts therapeutic outcomes for your child.  Please be on time for all appointments.

If you cannot keep an appointment, we require that you call ACGC at 512-451-2242 to cancel.

Clients are required to provide 24-hour advance cancelation notice.  The only exception to the 24-hour requirement is when a child is ill or contagious.  Failure to keep appointments may result in termination of treatment.
