As a Play Leader, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for children in our waiting area. Your responsibilities include engaging with kids through activities like reading, playing quiet games, and art projects. All it takes is completing a 1-hour orientation, submitting an application, and participating in trauma-informed care training. Plus, as a Play Leader volunteer, you'll contribute to removing barriers for families to access the mental health care they need to heal and thrive.
