Take an hour to focus on your well-being. Get and give support. This group will provide a private and comfortable environment where caregivers can support each other, discuss parenting challenges, and learn strategies to respond to challenging behaviors. Caregivers will explore ways to reduce your own stress, as well as your children’s.

WHO: Caregivers of children ages 7 - 13.
WHEN: Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00pm, from March 27 to May 1, 2024 (6 weeks group)
